El hotel está excelente ubicado y muy limpio, pero ya es viejo, falta renovar blancos, azulejos de baño, nos dieron los controles de la tv y de el aire sin pilas, las personas que atienden no están capacitadas en el área aunque hacen su mayor esfuerzo, para ir al estacionamiento tienes que salir fuera del hotel y dejar tus llaves pero da desconfianza por que no te entregan ticket ni nada, solo lo dejas ahí. Es recomendable mejor buscar otro hotel esperando que se pongan las pilas y actualizando su sistema.
Es un hotel con mucha historia y el centro de Tepic, su restaurante sirve desayunos a muy buen precio y la atención del encargado es fabulosa, todos los objetos antiguos que se encuentran en el lobby te trasportan al pasado.
El personal es muy amable, muy atento, hacen lo que esté en sus manos para que tu estancia sea placentera. En cuanto a las instalaciones, es un hotel muy limpio, con buena vista, excelente ubicación, con un pequeño restaurante en donde la comida tiene buen sazón y con precios muy accesibles. El hotel puede mejorar sus instalaciones, puede cambiar las regaderas por unas que ahorren agua, esforzarse en una presentación para las amenidades que dejan mucho que desear y mejorar el aspecto de los baños. En cuanto a las cama y las almohadas, son muy cómodas, limpias y seguro que descansas bien. Ideal para viajes de trabajo.
Tiene muy buena ubicación en el centro de Tepic. Si quieres regresar a un viaje en el tiempo a los años 70 es muy bueno, aunque si le falta un poco de mantenimiento el personal es muy atento y ayuda bastante. Muy buenos precios
Lugar histórico, ya que es el hotel mas antiguo en funcionamiento en la capital. Excelente ubicación y buen trato.
El hotel y es un poco viejo pero está bonito y sobre todo bien ubicado. La habitación de buen tamaño así como el baño lo único malo fue que la presión del agua es baja, por lo demás es un buen lugar por pasar la noche y descansar si no eres exigente y vas con presupuesto algo bajo.
Muy bien. Buen trato del personal. Lo único le falta mantenimiento a las habitaciones. Una de las dos que alquile tenía una pared y el techo con humedad y/o grietas. El ventilador y puertas deteriorado y/o viejo también .mas limpieza al área de la recamara piso sucio y había cabellos. Baño muy limpio y Las camas muy confortables.
